Appearance and scope of application: 1. rubber ball has uniform hole, and the size of air hole is basically close. 2. The glue lake of of hole in the ball , depth is no more than 2mm, each ball is not more than 3, the total area of lack of glue is no more than 10% of the surface area.
The suitable water temperature for the ball: up to 140 degrees centigrade.
The suitable pipe materialfor the ball: copper tube, stainless steel tube and titanium tube.
Rubber ball hardness: soft, medium soft, medium hard and hard.
Features: 1. rubber ball is soft and water permeability is good. The effect of water can make the ball go into larger diameter stainless steel tube of condenser, scrubbing the stainless steel tube, reduce resistance, increase the heat transfer coefficient, reduce the condenser terminal difference and steam pressure, improve the thermal efficiency of steam turbine, and slow down corrosion of stainless steel tube inside. 2.The hole of ball is uniform, having strong water absorption, the proportion of wet ball similar to water, when the ball goer into to the water,it can clean thepipe from the top part to the bottom part of the water chamber to ensure uniform suspension, each cooling pipe can be cleaned from the bottom to the top. 3. The growth of the rubber ball diameter does not exceed 0.5mm, and keep stable during operation, effectively prevent the rubber ball from plugging cooling pipe.
