Applicable scope: wire wound drilling hose used for drilling, cementing and workover and petroleum geological exploration, drilling and mining operations such as small water conservancy, as mud manifold, cementing pipe flexible connector sinks, throttle well pipe manifold, under high pressure water, oil-based mud, mud and water washing fluid water and other fluids at room temperature.
Temperature range: -30 ~ 82 C, also made according to customer requirements.
Product structure: the steel wire winding drilling hose consists of the inner rubber layer, the inner glue protection layer, the medium glue layer, the wire winding reinforced layer and the outer rubber layer.
Tube in the tube: with nitrile rubber as the main body, oil resistant, wear-resistant, acid and alkali resistance.
Tube reinforced layer: a single high strength steel wire, 2~8 layers of steel wire winding structure, steel wire through the film bonding solid whole.
Tube in vitro: chloroprene rubber as the main body, oil resistant, wear-resistant, weathering resistance.
Joint type: besides using API Spec 5B pipe pipe and tubing thread, it can also be provided by nonan and flange connection, and also can be made according to user's requirements.
